production and exact delivery time.
When we are aware that there could be a problem with a delivery
(and it does happen occasionally), we'll let you know so you can
make other arrangements.
If we're going to be late, or we're going to come up short on
quantity, or we've detected a quality issue, we'll let you know.
That's how we operate.
And customer service never ends. We analyze your buying patterns;
Isn't it about time to redo the annual blanket order? If we
increase release size, there could be a piece price reduction.
What can we do to improve on time delivery? Stocking program?
